A metal powder formed by partial or complete alloying of two or more components. Alloy powders are mainly classified according to their composition, including iron alloy powder, copper alloy powder, nickel alloy powder, cobalt alloy powder, aluminum alloy powder, titanium alloy powder, and precious metal alloy powder

  • Metal injection moding powder
All kinds of stainless steel low alloy steel and tool steel alloy powders produced by vacuum atomization or water gas combined atomization can provide powders with different particle sizes from 3pm to 13pm, which can meet the requirements of different shrinkage ratio and different sintering density. The parts made of this kind of powder have the characteristics of low sintering temperature, high sintering density and good feeding fluidity.

  • High-speed Tool Steel Powder
This kind of alloy powder is produced by vacuum atomization. Each particle not only has the same homogeneous chemical composition, but also has ultra-fine grain size, thus eliminating the macrosegregation of the second phase. Compared with the casting material it has higher tensile strength, better toughness and even material hardness.
  • Integrated Inductor &SMD Inductor Alloy Powder
The ultra-fine soft magnetic powder produced by water gas combined atomization has good appearance, fine average particle size, low oxygen content and good corrosion resistance. The integrated inductor and chip inductor made by the powder have good corrosion resistance, high inductance value and high insulation resistance.
  • Alloy Powder For 3D Printing
The alloy powder made by vacuum atomization has the advantages of complete spherical powder, good fluidity, even distribution of alloy elements, low oxygen content good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, etc. it is suitable for 3D printing, spray welding, laser cladding and other process materials
  • Metal soft magnetic powder cores powder
Metal powder For Metal soft magnetic powder Product features:
This kind of product is produced by the vacuum aerosol gas atomized powder equipment, which has the
characteristics of less satellite particles, low oxygen content, fine average particle size, etc. The metal magnetic powder core
made of this kind of powder has low magnetic loss, good DC bias performance, and is an excellent raw material for producing
    high-grade magnetic powder core.
  • Aviation Aluminum Alloy Powder
aluminum alloy Powdered is an alloy made of mixed powder or prefabricated aluminum alloy powder. The process flow is: powder manufacturing, pressing, sintering, finishing and heat treatment. Aluminum alloy is the most widely used non-ferrous metal structural material in industry, which has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, automobile, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and chemical industry. With the rapid development of industrial economy, the demand for welded structural parts of aluminum alloy is increasing day by day, which makes the research on weldability of aluminum alloy go deep.
  • Cobalt chromium alloy powder
    Cobalt base alloy powder
Cobalt base alloys typically contain tungsten and carbon for strengthening. Carbon has low solid solubility in cobalt and therefore, most of it partitions in WC, W2C and M6C or other carbides. These hard phases have a strengthening effect, making such alloys maintain high hardness and strength at temperatures under 800°C. The cobalt-chromium-tung- sten-carbon alloys generally
have excellent properties to resist high temperature wear, oxidation and thermal fatigue Cobalt has a hexagonal-close-packed (hcp) crystal structure at temperatures below 417°C. Intrinsically, it has low coefficient of friction resulting in excellent wear resistance. At temperatures above 417°℃, cobalt transforms from hcp to fcc (face-centered-cubic) crystal structure, thereby, generating thermal stresses. Therefore, it is recommended that in weld overlaying and spraying, the parts being coated are pre-heated to 500-600°℃ to avoid cracking in the coating or overlay.
  • Die Steel、Stainless Steel Powder
Metal stainless steel powder made of stainless steel alloy. The particle shape is a regular spherical shape, with a density of 7.9g/cm3 and an average particle size of<33 μ M. It has good corrosion resistance and durability, and its spherical particles can be positioned parallel to the surface of the coating and distributed throughout the entire film, forming a shielding layer with
excellent covering power to block moisture. It can also be used in sandblasting machines to process high-precision machined parts.
  • Nickel Alloy Powder
These powders include Ni-B-Si, Ni-Cr-B-Si, Ni-Cr-B-Si-P Ni-Cr-B-Si-Cu-Mo, Ni-Cr-B-SH-W, Ni-Cr, and Ni-Cu alloys. They are used for applications demanding corrosion resistance or oxidation resistance. Under 500°C, they have excellent low-stress abrasion and adhesive wear resistance. These powders can be applied by a variety of processes, such as, oxyaccetylene spraying or overlaying,
HVOF/HVAF spraying, plasma transferred arc (PTA) overlaying, plasma spraying, laser cladding, induction fusion, centrifugal casting, 3D printing and powder metallurgical process- ing. Key applications include valve gates, ball valve surface, valve seats, pistons, extrusion screws, barrels, glass molds, steel mill rolls, wire drawing rolls, oil pumping shafts, fan blades, screw conveyors and tungsten carbide
  • Titanium & Titanium Alloy Powder
Titanium alloys have many properties such as strong corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, low elastic modulus, and non-magnetic properties. After solid solution treatment and age strengthening, the specific strength is much higher than that of high-strength aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and high-temperature alloys, and even It is equivalent to ultra-high-strength steel and is widely used in aerospace, national defense, shipbuilding, biomedical, chemical, automotive and other fields.
