Powder Metallurgy Materials including Atomized iron powders, Reduced sponge iron powders, Diffusion-alloyed powders, Pre-alloyed powders, Press ready mixed powders and Additives.
Atomized iron powders are mainly used in medium density structural parts and high density structural parts with high compressibility and higher apparent density compared to the reduced sponge iron powders.
Reduced sponge iron powders are widely used in powder metallurgy industry and welding industry etc. the green and edge strength of the compacts are very high due to the spongy structure of the powder particles.
Diffusion-alloyed powders are based on the atomized iron powders and reduced sponge iron powders have been diffusion bonded with certain content Mo, Ni, Cu. This type of materials make it possible to produce the parts with good performance after heat treatment.
Pre-alloyed powders are water atomized steel powders with 0.85%Mo and 1.5%Mo often used as-sintered with additions of copper or nickel to make it possible for good surface hardening etc.
Press ready mixed powders are based on the atomized iron powders, reduced sponge iron powders and alloyed powders, bonded with other additives by binder.
