Availability:

LAP100.29D2: Add Ni(3.80-4.20%)and Cu(1.60-1.90%)into the base powder(LAP100.29Mo1) mix uniformly.Due to its high Ni content, it is suitable for production of high hardcnability and high strength parts.


Advantages:

·The powder has high compressibility and high strength.

·No segregation enables the stability of product's sintered size.

·The increase of Ni content improves the hardenability of the material.

·Suitable for the production of large parts which need heat treatment.
